Cable Drum Lift Jacks are primarily used for lifting cable drums. At Elfit Arabia, we offer a wide range of jacks to meet the myriad applications and requirements in lifting various kinds of cable drums. As an approach towards working with ease, most varieties of the jacks are provided with hydraulic bottles so that the lifting process is made to look as simple as possible and is performed at a quicker pace. There are a total of 4 models. i.e. Hydraulic Jack, Screw Jack, Heavy Duty Jack and Tower Type Jack.
The screw jacks, due to their limited size, are simple to operate and easily portable. The screw jack’s axle jaw is placed on a thin ground plate, making it the easiest among the jacks to transport. The screw jacks are capable of lifting cable drums that weigh 3 tonnes, 6 tonnes, 8 tonnes, and 10 tonnes, respectively. However, they do not come with a hydraulic bottle jack. Steel spindles are provided as well.The hydraulic systems with rams allow for lifting the drums directly onto the trailer bed. The use of two single rams also helps lift each drum independently and ensures efficient and safe loading/unloading of drums. Customization regarding the engine and axles are an important part of our trailers. According to your requirement, you can choose the trailer with or without an engine and the axle can be single or double.

Hydraulic Jacks are manufactured with the ability to lift cable drums that weigh 5 Tonnes, 10 Tonnes and 15 Tonnes respectively. The Jacks are placed on a heavy duty ground plate and solid trusses fitted with wheels for easy transportation and complete with spindle and fixing clamps. The heavy duty jacks, as the name suggests, are designed to lift the heaviest cable drums. Their structure resembles that of a screw jack but is placed on a heavy duty ground plate, balanced by heavy duty bars around, and is provided with a hydraulic bottle jack. Due to their heaviness, they require heavy machinery for transportation. These jacks are capable of lifting drums that weigh 25 tonnes and 30 tonnes and come with steel spindles. Upon customer request, a 50-tonne jack can also be made.

The Tower Type Jacks, with their unique appearance, are constructed with heavy-duty steel bars placed around and below. They are equipped with a hydraulic bottle jack and steel spindles, making the lifting process easy. This jack can lift drums weighing up to 15 tonnes and 20 tonnes.

The Cable Drum Handling Equipments include those items that are used for holding and transporting cable drums from one place to another. The equipments mainly include Cable Drum Rotators (Heavy Duty and Light Duty), Cable Drum Carrier and Universal Cable Drum Stand. The primary purpose of Cable Drum Rotators is to hold the cable drums steadily without causing movement to them.
The Heavy Duty is suitable for cable drums of weight up to 1500kg. The distance between the rails or rollers is adjustable to different cable drum widths.

The Cable Drum Carrier is used to move or manoeuvre the Cable Drums easily around the cable yard. It mainly consists of light duty steel bars placed in the shape of a box to carry the cable drums and is fitted with 4 PU wheels for easy movement.
